DUTIES: Work closely with marketing and sales departments to conceive and produce an array of print materials. Communicate with print vendors giving special instruction. Participate in marketing research to capture images of tours and experience the customer's journey. Compiled an image library and published a printed index. Designed and developed a website helping the marketing and sales departments give external agents self-serve access to proprietary resources. Designed and developed consumer website comprehensive renderings and wireframes.

COMPANY: Collegiate Graphics | Las Vegas, Nevada - 2006
POSITION: Graphic Designer / Prepress Technician
DUTIES: Work closely with internal account executives and external merchandisers to conceive and produce apparel graphics for diverse clientele. Brainstorm and discuss ideas regarding print production with press operators. Produce artwork and prepare for printing. Produce color separations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Oversee the RIP and color separation process. Confer with press operators throughout prototype print production. Approve final sample to be presented to client.

COMPANY: Rapid Color Printing | Las Vegas, Nevada - 2005
POSITION: Prepress Technician / Jr. Graphic Designer
DUTIES: Typeset, design and produce electronic mechanicals using QuarkXPress and InDesign layout software. Download files from FTP site, archive files, output files through prepress software. Resolve problem files, print hard copy or email soft proofs. Follow up with customers. Analyze color separations produced by the RIP. Make plates using an image setter to be used on the press. Service and maintain image setter chemicals and film. Operate a digital color copier for short-run print jobs. Order supplies.

COMPANY: Perry Judd's Printing | Baraboo, Wisconsin - 2004
POSITION: General Worker | Bindery / Print Finishing
DUTIES: Assist bindery operators in the production of saddle stitched and perfect bound publications such as catalogs, magazines, tabloids and digests. Load printed forms into bindery equipment pocket feeders. Zip sort, bundle and organize finished publications by pallet to be shipped to the Postal Service.
